Return Policy of Dubglasni

At Dubglasni, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, this Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Gift cards and store credit.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts not due to Dubglasni’s error.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@dubglasni.com or call (760) 753-5814 to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including the RA number and proof of purchase.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred with the order.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Dubglasni’s error or a defective product.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as new orders. Once the returned item is received and approved, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
  • Contact our team for assistance with selecting and ordering the correct replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@dubglasni.com or calling (760) 753-5814.
  • Include photos of the damage or defect, along with your order details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately at info@dubglasni.com or (760) 753-5814 for assistance.
  • If the order has already shipped, it will need to be returned under the standard return process.

8. Return Address

Dubglasni’s customer service team will provide the return address upon approval of your return request. Do not send items to our general business address without prior authorization.
